About the Role: Shanthiniketan School is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Pre Schools to lead our early years programme and oversee the smooth functioning of feeder schools. The role requires a dynamic leader with exceptional communication skills in English, a pleasing personality, and the ability to foster a nurturing, child-friendly environment while ensuring academic excellence and holistic development Pleasing personality with the ability to build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Sound understanding of child development theories and best practices in early education.
Ability to organize events, workshops, and experiential learning activities.
Pay: ₹14,425.78 - ₹81,191.29 per month
Work Location: In person students.
