Job description
Hiring: Head of Marketing (7–10 Years Experience)

We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function at Ineazy.

This is a leadership role for someone who can think strategically, execute effectively, and build a high-performing in-house team. You’ll be responsible for driving brand growth, generating qualified leads, and creating a marketing engine that supports the company’s long-term vision.

What you’ll do:
• Own and drive Ineazy’s end-to-end marketing strategy.
• Build, lead, mentor, and inspire an in-house team.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, SEO, email, and other digital channels.
• Lead the company’s brand positioning, messaging, and overall communication strategy.
• Oversee social media strategy, content planning, creative direction, and community engagement.
• Drive lead generation while improving lead quality, conversion rates, and overall marketing ROI.
• Work closely with Sales, Design, and Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Own marketing budgets, KPIs, reporting, and performance dashboards.
• Build scalable processes, systems, and workflows that enable long-term growth.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer insights, and emerging marketing technologies.

What we’re looking for:
• 7–10 years of experience in marketing with strong leadership exposure.
• Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the interior design, home interiors, or related industry.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end marketing functions and building high-performing teams.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing across Meta and Google Ads.
• Experience managing brand strategy, social media, content marketing, and digital campaigns.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, analytics, attribution, and marketing automation.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
