Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of large-scale real estate projects, including project execution, construction management, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and team leadership.
✅ Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's Preferred)
✔ 18+ Years Experience in Real Estate Project Management
✔ Proven Experience Managing Large-Scale Construction Projects
✔ Strong Leadership, Communication, Negotiation & Stakeholder Management Skills
✔ Expertise in Project Planning, Budgeting & Cost Control
✔ Proficiency in Project Management Software & Tools
✔ Strong Knowledge of Construction Methodologies, Contracts & Statutory Regulations
