Responsibilities and Qualifications
The Senior Vice President of E-commerce Operations will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall e-commerce strategy, focusing on growth, customer acquisition, and retention. You will lead a diverse team of e-commerce professionals, including marketing, product management, UX/UI, and operations.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience leading an ecommerce company that is doing $50,000,000+ per year in direct to consumer sales. You should have experience collaborating with a team of designers and developers, ideally in an overseas setting.
As a key member of our team, you will drive digital revenue growth through optimization of e-commerce platforms, pricing strategies, product assortment, and conversion rate improvements. You will also utilize data analytics to measure, assess, and optimize e-commerce performance, ensuring KPIs are tracked and aligned with company goals.
