Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA or MS) in a relevant discipline is a significant advantage.
Job role

Digital Strategy & Leadership: Own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy, KPIs, and team leadership aligned with business goals.
Performance Marketing Management: Lead paid digital channels, budget allocation, and ROI/CPA optimization.
Campaign Optimization & Analytics: Drive A/B testing, conversion optimization, and performance reporting using data insights.
Digital Customer Experience & Brand: Own website/app experience, customer journey optimization, and SEO/content strategy.
Marketing Technology & Automation: Lead marketing automation, CRM integration, and data-driven personalization.
