The Head Nurse will lead a 25 -bed adult medical/surgical ward, driving improvements in care quality, patient flow, and staff development.

Your Missions:<\/b>
<\/p>
• Lead and manage the ward team (nurses, HCAs, students)
<\/p><\/li>
• Ensure safe staffing, supervision, and mentoring
<\/p><\/li>
• Oversee audits, risk assessments, and clinical governance
<\/p><\/li>
• Collaborate with senior management on service development
<\/p><\/li>
• Handle complaints, incidents, and appraisals professionally
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

Profile Required:<\/b>

• NMC Registered Nurse
