Jd Job Description Technical Ops Manager: Design, Deploy, Operate, Monitor, Troubleshoot, provide cost-effective Solutions/workarounds on IP Networks and interconnected Network Security Infrastructure including overall (LAN, WAN, Wifi, VPN, LB, IPS, Anti DDOS, WAF, Proxy, etc, Tools). Perform Line Management, Supervision of tasks assigned to team/vendors/OEMs and ISPs. Adhere to ITIL process, Security Policies laid by the organization. Manage S1 - S3 Incidents on priority and maintain Daily triage. Ensure BCP, DR is built and sustained for Network, Network Security Infra. Participate in DR Drills to support business continuity and sustanibility. Review Problems, Changes and ensure effective outcome without any production impact. Develop, monitor and maintain toolset for capacity management, ensure patching/upgrade as per Patching Policy. Act as the POC for GRC, Auditors (Internal, External) for Audits gaps/findings closure. Ensure effective, regular updates of all NW Infra Asset Inventory, Configuration, technical documentation, SOPs. Identification and rectification of obsolete systems, process and best practices. Identify the wastage and ensure Network and Security systems are maintained in cost-effective manner keeping Availability, Performance, Confidentiality and Integrity intact. Effective presentation, reporting to Senior Management and stake holders. Lead the Service Imprevement areas and implement corrections for better customer, end user experience.
