Job Description
Aramya is a size-inclusive women's ethnic wear brand focused on delivering comfortable & beautiful daily wear at affordable prices. With $+M in funding from Z47, Accel, and marquee angel investors, we’re on a path of rapid expansion.
Driven by in-house designing & manufacturing and deep customer insights, we have grown exponentially in the last few quarters, and we are super excited to accelerate this growth further.
We’re looking for a passionate individual to join Our Team, and own the P&L for Aramya's marketplace channels and be responsible for managing end-to-end operations.
• Own the P&L for marketplace operations and drive revenue and profitability goals.
• Develop and execute a robust marketplace strategy to expand Aramya’s presence on platforms such as Myntra, Amazon, Nykaa and others.
• Manage marketplace advertising campaigns, optimizing for ROI and sales growth.
• Lead a team responsible for listing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of product uploads.
• Coordinate with finance teams for reconciliations, payments, and profitability analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, supply chain, marketing) to align marketplace strategies with overall brand goals.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as GMV, sell-through rate, and advertising performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated on marketplace trends, policies, and competitor activities to drive a competitive edge.
An ideal candidate would have:
• 3+ years of experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces, with a proven track record in P&L ownership.
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, advertising tools, and operational workflows.
• Proficiency in data analysis and tools like Excel; familiarity with analytics platforms is a plus.
• Leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate an execution team.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strategic mindset combined with executional excellence.
