Role - Head IT & Digital Transformation
Position Summary :
We are seeking a leader who comes with rich techno commercial experience of having led the Product or Digital platform & Solutions, business unit in the US BFSI domain. He/she will lead the Organisation to accelerate its journey to become a market leader in holistic platform driven BPM solutions by making our client more competitive, efficient, and profitable.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Supporting the definition and growth of the products and platforms in the market.
2. Business leader with industry wide view of consumer trends in technology adoption
3. Ability to visualize customer journeys in a rapidly changing mobile tech universe, ease of articulating User Experience
4. Working in a cross-functional environment, this position requires intense collaboration with the engineering, development, design, testing, marketing, sales, line of business, subject matter experts, IT as well as clients.
5. The position also requires that the occupier be adept at synthesizing various technologies and capabilities into the business's products/Platform to delight the customers offering competitive edge in their respective industry.
6. A good candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills with an ability to move his peers as well as his juniors and have them follow a common vision, a highly analytical individual who is able to work quite effectively in a matrix environment.
7. This is a Business Leader Role, NOT just a Technology Development Lead role
Educational Qualification and Work Experience :
- Work experience : 18-25Yrs. IT Software, Services & Solution experience.
- Education : Engineering back ground from reputed Institute.
- Candidate must have experience in the IT software development, application maintenance, IT Transformation Solutions from a BFSI Industry.
- Candidate should have started his career in a coding, Testing, Programming, development environment for a period of 5-10 yrs, later moved on to leading teams in Software development, application maintenance, Projects/Product Management roles.
- Worked in IT Operations, IT Platform for BFSI Clients.
- Exposure in delivering transformation solutions.
- Relevance experience in offering automated/RPA solutions
- IT business of $30-60M with overall P&L Management & proven track record of taking investment decisions with return on investments.
- Managed IT services and multiple products across multiple clients within BFSI Product domains
- End to end accountability of product management and strategy, product and platform solutions development, SME teams, marketing, sales, support & enhancements, product road map, eco systems
- Should have experience in acquisition - either in selecting integrating or managing
- Preferred exposure to organic as well as inorganic growth of product and platform business
