We are looking to hire a someone to lead people and culture charter in one of our fast-growing startup.

Location - Mumbai

Here's What You'll Be Doing

You will be responsible for - all things- people. Here are some things that fall in that bucket:
• Own the culture and constantly strive to maintain the best
• Ensure growth and development of every employee in the organisation
• Design and lead the appraisal and career progression process
• Drive all employee and workplace-related events and programs
• Design and execute all employee-related communications
• Be a champion for all our employees and support them wherever needed

Is this someone that looks like you?
• Experience: Max 8-10 years of experience in people functions, with hands-on work on culture and impacting employee happiness scores
• For this role, we will hugely value a strong passion for people and driving org culture
• We deeply value building the right culture, and these are a few things that we look for in each hire - Coachability, Curiosity, Ownership, Hustle and Humility
• Should be excited about startup and keen to be a part of a 0-2 stage journey
• Background: A PG degree in HR is preferred but not mandatory
• Location: Mumbai, India
• Should have exposure to handling Hiring + HR processes
• Experience of working in early stage startups is a huge preference
