Job Description
Urgently required HR head at Pune for an organization in a very niche IT space
• Manage HR activities of 70 member strong, very niche IT team.
• Should understand retention importance in prevailing scenario should be able to modify policies & processes on the fly
• Should be capable of setting compliance standards and devising very sound HR policies and processes
• Should be able to "connect" across teams and individuals
• Should be capable of mentoring the HR & recruitment teams to meet desired goals
