Head - Human Resource - R&D Global MNC ( 15-18 Years )
Lead HR for the R&D Center and take complete ownership of driving HR end to end. Lead a team to achieve business goals as a true business partner.
Our client is a European manufacturing giant. They are undisputed world leaders in their segment with a great legacy.
As a successful applicant, you should have :
- 15-18 years of core manufacturing experience with credible brands
- At least 2-3 years of experience in leadership roles
- You should have good exposure to Talent Management and OD interventions
- MBA is a must
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Experience in an engineering or R&D setup is a plus
- Opportunity to work with a world leader in its segment
- Opportunity to work closely with senior management in an extensive role
