Key Responsibilities :
• Responsible for developing and executing the HR strategy in sync with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
• Spearhead the HR functions such as HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Manpower planning, Learning & Development, HR Operations
• Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies
• Strategize and develop the HR systems and processes to support a growing organization
• Develop, and implement the policies and procedures in line with the company's goals with a datadriven mindset.
• Execute talent acquisition & succession planning strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs
