This role is with one of our portfolio companiesFormulate career development plans and lead employer branding effort.Responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policiesCrafting talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs (for tech and non-tech roles)Promoting inclusion in the workplace and reinforcing our position as an equal opportunity employer.Implement and iterate on HR systems and processes to support a rapidly growing workforceDevelop, interpret and implement policies and procedures to further the company's goals with a data-driven mindset.Requirements6-10 years experience in managing teams and budgets across technology start-ups/B2B/SaaS companiesExperience of Talent Acquisition in scaling up teams across functions in a high growth environmentSound knowledge of all HR functions & working knowledge of HR soft-wares like (HRIS, ATS, LMS, PMS)Communication and problem-solving skillsExperience in building the HR team from scratch, encompassing- Talent acquisition, HR operations and Talent management
