Our client is a chain of hospitals that focus on providing high quality healthcare for all. Their hospitals have over 17 centers of excellence across all medical specialties. Through their proprietary technology, hospitals can maintain medical quality standards, give their patients a better experience and also serve them at cheaper prices.
Headquartered in Bangalore, they have their network of hospitals across locations in Bangalore and Chandigarh. Currently they have 40+ hospitals with 2000+ beds. All of their hospitals are accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH).
Our client is funded by tier-1 investors and has raised a total of $6.3M in funding over 1 round.
As a Head - HR, you will be responsible for owning the evaluation and maintenance of HR systems related but not limited to performance management, employee engagement, on-boarding/off-boarding, compensation, and benefits & perks.
What you will do:
• Developing, implementing and maintaining performance management and talent review processes
• Maintaining a deep understanding of the business and culture inside and out so that you can provide strategic HR partnership to the business and the teams you support
• Acting with the employee experience top of mind, continuously seeking feedback, inefficiencies, and maintaining business relationships based on trust and respect
• Resolving employee relations issues; providing coaching and counselling to management and staff; collaborating with legal counsel on issues as appropriate
• Administrating total rewards program
• Designing compensation and benefits packages
• Managing employees’ grievances
• Setting up and running a learning & development function customized for the needs of each function
• Evaluating and improving employee NPS
• Owning overall hiring process and scale to match organization growth
Desired Candidate Profile
What you need to have:
• At least 7+ years of experience
• Previous experience in a fast paced startup environment
• Good problem solving skills
• Outstanding communication skills, specifically in written form and presentation and public speaking skills
