• Lead and Inspire: Head and lead a team of designers towards expanding and growing both the B2B & B2C sectors. You’ll be the driving force behind the team, ensuring that every design project is executed flawlessly.
• Be the Go-To Person: Act as the major contact person for handling production issues, resolving technical and design challenges, and ensuring smooth client communication. Your creative touch will be integral to the success of every project.

• Visionary Designer: 8+ years of experience in the fashion industry, with a strong portfolio in both B2B and B2C bespoke fashion.
• Leadership Qualities: Proven experience in leading teams, handling client relationships, and managing complex production processes.
• Creative Problem-Solver: You’re skilled in resolving technical and design issues, adding a unique creative touch to every project.
• Communication Guru: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading client handling with finesse.
• Fashion Education: A graduate from NIFT or an equivalent top design institute.
