Head Cook Almora

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Head Cook to join our team. As a Head Cook, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that all meals are prepared and served in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for managing a team of cooks and kitchen staff, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. Responsibilities: • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities • Supervise and train kitchen staff • Ensure that all meals are prepared and served according to recipes and quality standards • Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen • Adhere to all sanitation and safety regulations • Collaborate with management to develop new menu items • Manage food cost and minimize waste • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality meals and excellent service Requirements: • Proven experience as a Head Cook or similar role • Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods • Strong leadership and management skills • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays • Valid food handler's certificate Note: This may be a third party hiring as we fetch hiring information from third party portals.
