**Role Summary**
Join our team of skilled chefs as we seek a trade qualified chef with at least 3-5 years experience to work in resorts and hotels across New Zealand during the summer season.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality meals in quality a la carte dining or bulk cooking settings
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
Assist with menu planning and suggestions
Lead by example with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Requirements:
Trade qualification in culinary arts
At least 3-5 years experience in commercial kitchens
Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
Positive and 'can do' attitude
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
