The Role
We are seeking an inspired Head Chef to drive the execution of our new and exciting menu. As the leader of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring every dish meets the highest standards. Your main responsibilities include:
Collaborating with our Executive Chef to implement a new and innovative menu that reflects our refreshed concept.
Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the kitchen team to achieve excellence.
Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of dishes.
Managing kitchen operations, including rostering, ordering, and stock-taking to plan and manage food costs.
Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
The Pay
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $+5,000 - $120,000 per annum or $40 - $50 per hour for this position.
