We're looking for a CDP - continental to head one of our kitchens
Following are the prerequisites
- HM / Diploma in food production
- 6 + years experience in well known continental restaurant
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- managing a kitchen team of 8 to + people
- good hand and understanding of continental food and world food trends
- making sure the individual departments in kitchen are doing their work properly
- ideation and creating new recipes in collaboration with the brand head chef
- being able the train and explain the team on the menu
- continously researching and reading on more recipes
