• Manger operations 10 yrs and above
• Deputy Manager and Associate Manager operations 8 yrs and above
• Deputy Manager Quality 8 yrs and above
• Team leader 5 yrs and above
• Trainer / Lead Trainer 5 yrs and above
Location : Chennai
Shift : US healthcare(Night shift) and WFO
Responsibilities :
• Experience in the Health Care domain with RCM, Denial Management
• Team Handling experience is must
• Manage day-to-day operations and direct the team responsible for Healthcare RCM back office / transaction management activities.
• Experience in creating and managing SLA metrics.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
