As our HC Truck Driver, you’ll be the face of our trusted business, at the heart of your community and connecting businesses with their customers, and communities with each other day-in, day-out. You’ll be on the road as a staple of your community, and it doesn’t get better than that!
Roster
Working on a 24/7 rotating roster
majority of shifts overnight
Permanent, full-time role
Pay benefits
Annual salary
+ penalty rates apply for each shift
+ tonnage
+ 12% superannuation
+ RDO
+ Leave entitlements (annual, sick, long service, public holidays etc).
You’ll be
Safely loading your truck with cages for delivery.
Completing your own daily vehicle safety check.
Driving our modern trucks between our operational centres and customers, for deliveries and pick-ups.
Returning to our operational centres to unload pick-ups.
About you
You’re friendly, enthusiastic and reliable, and love autonomy just as much as interacting with others and being a team player.
You’re passionate about making a difference in the community.
You’ll also need to
Hold a HC Truck licence and be able to demonstrate your experience driving a HC Truck.
Be safety-focused and understand the importance of chain of responsibility.
Have a customer-centric mindset and effective communication skills.
Meet our safe working load limit of weighing 120kgs or less.
Be fit enough to load and unload parcels of all different shapes, sizes and weights.
Be prepared to provide a driving history report, undergo a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening and national police checks.
