Job Description: Hardware Support Executive
Position: Hardware Support Executive
Location: Jaipur
Experience: Freshers – 2 Years
About the Role
We are looking for a Hardware Support Executive to provide technical assistance and ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems, hardware devices, and network equipment. The ideal candidate should have basic troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral-related issues.
Provide technical support to employees for system and device-related concerns.
Perform routine maintenance and system health checks.
Install and update operating systems, drivers, and software applications.
Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including hardware assets and accessories.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
Assist in network troubleshooting, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
Ensure proper documentation of support requests and resolutions.
Follow IT security policies and best practices.
Helping in Onboarding process biometrics
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
Understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Hardware & Networking, or a related field.
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Hardware & Networking certifications will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Active Directory, printers, and network devices.
Experience with system installation and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data backup procedures.
