Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers.
• Manage server operating systems, user accounts, permissions, and system updates.
• Monitor server performance, storage utilization, and system health.
• Implement and manage data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Perform regular backup verification, restoration testing, and recovery procedures.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, wireless access points, and network infrastructure.
• Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, and internet connectivity.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls, network security policies, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, server, and security-related issues.
• Maintain antivirus, endpoint security, and system patch management.
• Monitor network performance and ensure optimal uptime and availability.
• Install and support desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and infrastructure documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware procurement and support.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and organizational policies.Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
