Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Handyman/Tradesman Technician, where your expertise will transform spaces and elevate commercial and residential living experiences! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of renovation, repair, and installation projects across both commercial and residential properties. Your hands-on skills and construction knowledge will help clients achieve their dream spaces while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every job site. Responsibilities
Execute various commercial and residential improvement tasks including carpentry, drywall installation, painting, flooring, tile laying, and fixture installation with precision and attention to detail.
Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment as needed, and scaffolding safely to complete projects efficiently.
Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately interpret project requirements.
Perform restoration work such as stucco application, plastering, masonry, concrete finishing, and concrete forming.
Install renovation level fixtures, cabinets, doors, trim carpentry elements, and hardware fixtures.
Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a handyman, painter, tradesman, site supervisor or related roles within residential or commercial settings.
Strong knowledge of construction estimating, inspection procedures, and blueprint reading.
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques.
Experience with plumbing systems, electrical wiring, fixture installation, masonry work, and tile laying is highly desirable.
Familiarity with AI and technical drawings related to renovation projects.
Ability to perform drywall finishing, plastering, stucco application, caulking, framing carpentry (door hanging), flooring installation (hardscape), cabinet setup, and painting tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with a proactive approach to project challenges.
Strong communication skills for collaborating effectively with team members and clients.
