Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Handyman/Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, renovation, and maintenance tasks across residential properties here in Cheyenne. Duties
Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and drywall installation to maintain property standards
Conduct residential projects with precision and attention to detail
Use schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions effectively
Operate tools such as saws, drills, etc
Assist with facilities maintenance by inspecting systems, identifying problems, and executing repairs promptly
Supervise junior team members or apprentices on specific projects to ensure quality standards are met
Collaborate with clients or tenants to address concerns and provide excellent customer service during repair processes
