Duties
Perform a wide range of hair services including cuts, color treatments, styling, with precision and flair
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations
Offer personalized consultations on hair care, color theory, and styling options to meet each client’s unique needs
Upsell retail products like hair care items, styling tools, and cosmetics through effective communication and customer service skills
Must work every other Saturday and flexible hours during the week
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology with comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques
Strong understanding of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and collaborate effectively with team members
Knowledge of upselling techniques to promote products confidently without pressure
Ability to perform hair styling using various tools while demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail
Must have a professional appearance
