Are you a stylist looking for more than just another salon role?
An exciting opportunity is now available for a motivated, career focused stylist to step into a leadership position within Lily Me Red Carrara.
As Salon Manager, you will play a key role in leading day to day salon coordination, mentoring emerging stylists, maintaining service excellence standards, supporting team culture, and helping drive the continued growth of the salon alongside ownership.
This position is ideal for a stylist ready to take the next step in their career within a progressive, education focused salon environment that values leadership, creativity, professionalism, and long term growth.

With two salon locations and a team of experienced stylists specialising across blondes, extensions, nanoplasty, upstyling, cutting, colour work and emerging trends including men’s perming, our environment is collaborative, inspiring and rich in shared knowledge.
