Location: Beauty Salon, Model Colony, Pune
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Beautician & Hairdresser to join our beauty salon team in Model Colony, Pune. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing a range of beauty and hair services while delivering exceptional customer care and creating a positive salon experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform beauty services such as facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and basic skincare treatments.
• Provide professional hair services including haircuts, styling, coloring, highlights, smoothening, and hair treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable beauty and hair solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards for all work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty and hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Build strong client relationships through excellent service and professionalism.
• Assist in promoting salon services and retail products.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Beautician, Hairdresser, or similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare, hair cutting, styling, and coloring techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Professional certification in beauty or hairdressing is an advantage.
• Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
