A Hair Transplant Technician is a specialized professional who assists in performing hair transplant procedures. They work under the supervision of a hair transplant surgeon or a medical team and play a vital role in the success of the procedure. Hair Transplant Technicians prepare the operating room, sterilize instruments, and ensure a clean and safe environment for the procedure. They assist in extracting hair follicles from donor areas, preparing grafts, and implanting them into the recipient area. Hair Transplant Technicians also assist in monitoring patient comfort and safety during the procedure, documenting patient information, and providing post-operative care instructions.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a hair transplant technician training program or relevant certification.
• Knowledge of hair transplant techniques and procedures.
• Familiarity with sterilization techniques and operating room protocols.
