Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and hair threading with precision and creativity
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable treatments based on hair type and face shape
Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with industry regulations and store policies
Upsell retail products like hair care, styling tools, and makeup to enhance client results and satisfaction
Refer clients and earn commissions on Medspa Bodysculpting, GLP1s, peptides, redlight therapy, stem cell hair regeneration and more!
Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing client needs promptly, and fostering long-term relationships
Assist with front desk duties including appointment booking, answering inquiries, and managing walk-in clients
Requirements
Valid cosmetology or barbering license with at least two years of professional experience in a salon setting
Proficiency in hair extensions application, color theory
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Experience with retail sales techniques including upselling and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities
Commitment to maintaining sanitation standards and adhering to safety protocols at all times

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
