PCYC Carindale is on the lookout for an exceptional Gymnastics Program Leader—a passionate, skilled coach who is ready to step into a leadership role and shape the future of our gymnastics program!
We’re seeking a superstar coach who thrives on mentoring and developing the next generation of coaches. If you love sharing your knowledge, building a team of confident and capable coaches, and creating a thriving gymnastics community, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact!
In this role, you’ll:
Lead & Inspire – Take charge of a dynamic team, guiding them towards success with your expertise and passion.
Mentor & Develop – Train and support new and existing coaches, fostering a positive and professional coaching environment.
Grow the Program – Design, deliver, and promote engaging gymnastics programs that boost participation and keep athletes coming back.
Drive Success – Play a key role in marketing, promotions, and membership growth while ensuring the financial success of the program.
We are looking for someone with a strong coaching background (minimum Intermediate Coaching accreditation) who is eager to take their next career step in a leadership position.

About You
Hold a minimum Intermediate Coaching accreditation (excluding Kindergym) and technical membership with Gymnastics Australia/Gymnastics Queensland
Hold a Gymnastics Australia 'Supervisor Certificate'
Great to have - a Gymnastics Australia Advance Module 1 qualification
Experience in the leadership and management of a Gymnastics/Gymsports Program (nice to have)
Showcase your expertise in working with children, young adults, special needs, and socially challenged groups through sports and exercise.
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Hold a Working with Children Check/Blue Card (or able to obtain)
