Job Overview:As a Gujarati Language Teacher at L.D. Matru Chhaya English Medium School, you will play a vital role in preserving and promoting the Gujarati language and culture among our students. Your teaching will help them become proficient in Gujarati and develop a deep appreciation for its rich heritage. You will create an environment where students can engage with the language, explore its literature, and gain cultural insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Gujarati language curriculum that aligns with educational standards and language proficiency goals.
• Design engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and language abilities.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to actively participate and communicate in Gujarati.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, materials, and technology to enhance language acquisition and cultural understanding.
• Assess and evaluate student language proficiency through regular assessments and provide feedback for improvement.
• Foster open communication with students and parents/guardians regarding language learning progress.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and other relevant data.
• Stay updated on developments in language education and incorporate effective teaching strategies.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and actively participate in professional development activities.
