Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out processes.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining updated records of guest information.
Utilize upselling techniques to promote hotel services and amenities effectively.
Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and reservations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.
Conduct analysis of guest feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential.
Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, particularly those fluent in English and Spanish.
Sales experience or familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus.
