Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Services Associate located in New Delhi. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, handling reservations, and offering outstanding customer support. Daily tasks include addressing guest inquiries, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring that guests have a memorable stay. Exceptional communication skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
• Guest Services and Customer Service skills
• Experience in handling reservations and booking processes
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are a plus
