Guest Service Associate

Salary: Rs.13000 net take home.

Workdays and Timings: 6 days working including weekends with one weekly off

Timing: Play Area timing in 2 day shifts

Location : Phoenix Marketcity, , Viman Nagar Road, Pune - 411014

Duties and Responsibilities
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Guest Service Associates to join our team. You will be
the face of our organization, ensuring that every guest—children and parents alike—feels welcomed, informed,
and supported during their time in our centers. You’ll help guide families through our play zones, provide
assistance as needed, and maintain a safe and engaging environment for all.
• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Provide information about the different play and learn zones, helping guests understand how each area
promotes child development.
• Assist with supervising and facilitating activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for children and
parents.
• Engage with both parents and children to ensure a memorable and enriching visit.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
•Ensure play areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the day.
• Assist with event coordination and any special activities or workshops hosted in the center.
• Uphold safety standards, ensuring all play equipment and facilities are functioning correctly.

Qualifications/ Technical skills/Soft skills
• Graduates or equivalent; a background in early childhood education/ guest relationship/customer service is
a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children and adults.
• A positive, patient, and energetic attitude with a passion for working with families.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle stressful situations with calm
professionalism.
• Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to address guest concerns on the spot.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate guests' schedules.
