Guest Relation Executive - Sales

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and engage with prospective customers and guests visiting the project/site.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property/project information.
• Conduct project/site visits and explain amenities, specifications, pricing, and offers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide a positive guest experience.
• Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, events, and other sources.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams for lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
• Address customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments for quick resolution.
• Assist in organizing site visits, customer meetings, and property events.
• Achieve assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, site visits, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Maintain professional communication and represent the company positively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
