• Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a guest house, ensuring a high standard of guest service and satisfaction.
- Involves supervising staff, managing budgets, and maintaining the property to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.
- Ensure all guests receive a warm and friendly welcome.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Oversee daily operations including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and room assignments.
- Manage the guest house’s budget, control expenses, and maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained and clean.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff or external contractors for repairs and improvements.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ordering necessary items as needed.
- Prepare and manage the guest house budget.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, including occupancy rates and revenue.
- Handle billing and payment processes efficiently and accurately.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
- Utilize social media, online booking platforms, and other marketing tools to promote the guest house.
- Foster relationships with local businesses and tourism organizations to enhance visibility.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
