Company Description The Indian Institute of Information Technology Kota is a prestigious public university in India, recognized as an Institute of National Importance in 2017. Established in 2013, the institute has expanded one engineering branch to 4 departments. The Institute operates ina Public Private Partnership PPP mode and focuses on excellence in the fields of science, engineering, and information technology. It is governed by a Senate in line with IIIT Statutes and maintains a strong commitment to academic and research excellence.Role Description This is a contract-based on-site role in Kota for the position of Guest Faculty and Teaching Associate. Responsibilities include delivering lectures, assisting in lab sessions, guiding students on academic and research projects, preparing course material, and evaluating assignments and exams. The role also involves participation in departmental activities and contributing to the academic and research environment of the Institute.Qualifications Strong proficiency in Teaching and Education to deliver academic courses effectively and support student learning. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and collaborate with faculty members. Proven Research and Analytical Skills to contribute to academic research and problem-solving. A postgraduate degree or higher in a relevant field is required for Teaching Associates and Ph.D. is required for the position of Guest Faculty. Experience in a similar teaching or research role and familiarity with contemporary educational methodologies are advantageous.
