Job Description
•Work shifts across Food Beverage and Front Office departments on rotating roster

•Lead, train and motivate team members across operation departments

•Enthusiasm and commitment to deliver exceptional service

•Ability to multitask with a can-do attitude

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Ability to cope under pressure and handle guest complaints

•A high standard of personal presentation

Qualifications
•Availability to work 4 x 10 hour shifts including weekends

•Previous experience of 1 year or more in a supervisory or team leader role in a Front Office background or Food Beverage background

•Must hold a Current General Mangers certificate or ability to obtain

•Knowledge of Opera, Opera Cloud or similar property operation system

The Novotel Rotorua Lakeside and ibis Rotorua Lakeside it’s a dual branded complex hotel with 344 rooms located in central Rotorua.

Our two hotels include, Atlas Café Restaurant and Clarkes Bar, ibis restaurant. 10 conference/Banquet rooms and InBalance Fitness Centre.

This newly created role works across both our Food Beverage and Front Office departments reporting to Operations Manager, this role would be ideal for a supervisor looking for development across operations at a duty manager level
