Elevate product quality as a Lab Technician at our Guelph location. Your expertise in chemistry and microbiology will support our brewing and packaging processes. This individual contributor position requires a strong foundation in scientific principles and practices. You'll analyze samples, conduct microbiological tests, and maintain stringent quality controls. Collaborating with Production and Quality teams, your efforts will ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Perform analytical chemistry testing at various production stages • Conduct microbiological testing and report findings • Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment • Document all results and ensure confidentiality • Participate in sensory evaluations and taste panels Requirements: • Degree in Science focused on Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Microbiology • Working knowledge of laboratory methodologies • High attention to detail in analysis tasks • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Ability to lift samples as required Bring your skills to our Guelph lab and contribute to exceptional product quality and safety.
