GST Litigation Executive (LLB Freshers)
Job Description
LLB Freshers with internship experience and an interest in GST Litigation Advisory can apply.
CTC: upto 30 K per month.
Key Responsibilities
Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on indirect tax laws, rules, regulations, and case laws.
Drafting: Prepare and draft various legal documents, including notices, replies, appeals, petitions, and representations.
Litigation Support: Assist in the preparation of case briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents required for litigation proceedings.
Case Management: Maintain meticulous records of case timelines, hearings, and orders.
Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide timely updates.
Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth functioning of the litigation team.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in indirect tax laws and regulations.
Qualifications And Skills
Education: LL.B. from a recognized university.
Internship Experience: Prior internship experience in indirect tax litigation and advisory firms will be preferred.
Soft Skills: Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
