The Motion Story is hiring a GSS Campaign Operations Associate to support Amazon Prime Video's Global Shared Services (GSS) team. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working with processes, operations, marketing tools, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
At Amazon, every role contributes to the bigger picture. As a Campaign Operations Associate, you'll play a critical role in building and launching campaigns that support Prime Video's global content ecosystem.
π― About the Role
As a GSS Campaign Operations Associate, you will be responsible for building campaigns for Amazon Prime Video using various marketing tools, operational workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
You will be expected to deliver campaigns accurately, on time, and with the highest quality standards while continuously adapting to new tools, features, and process updates.
In addition, you'll manage workflow trackers, maintain operational records, and collaborate closely with managers and subject matter experts to ensure seamless execution.
π Key ResponsibilitiesOperations
β’ Build and execute Prime Video campaigns using internal marketing tools and workflows
β’ Fulfill business objectives and KPI criteria including SLA, productivity, and quality targets
β’ Meet daily production goals and allocated task targets
β’ Proactively alert Managers and SMEs regarding risks, issues, or operational concerns
β’ Update workflow tools and trackers to maintain visibility on daily tasks and deliverables
β Quality & Process Excellence
β’ Resolve customer-facing trouble ticket processes while maintaining 100% SLA and quality standards
β’ Follow SOPs and managerial guidance to ensure task accuracy and compliance
β’ Identify errors, gaps, or inconsistencies in SOP content and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to correct them
β’ Contribute to process improvement initiatives through automation ideas and Kaizens
β’ Target completion of at least 1 Kaizen or 4 JDIs annually
β’ Participate in deep-dive investigations and support SMEs by providing inputs during root cause analysis
