Job Description
Assists the Learning & Development Department as Human Resources Department to drive various Learning & Development / Associate Engagement processes in line with the orgainsiational objectives.
Assists the Learning & Development manager in driving the Taj Swagat process.
• Assists the Learning & Development manager in completion of mandatory online modules.
• Assists in organizing classroom traininigs as per the training calender.
• Assists in skill certification process for all front line associates.
• Assists the L&D; Manager in identifying training needs on the basis of information through various channels.
• Administers of training calendar.
Liases with the Human resources team for conducting various employee engagement activities.
• Assists the Human resources team in driving various reward and recognition programs.
• Assists the Learning & Development Manager in driving internal communication through various channels such as Townhalls, Notice Boards, emails, Buzz on Mytaj, departmental meetings etc.,
Maintains training evaluation / feedback sheets.
• Updates all training related information on the Online learning managment system application. Maintains and share training related data with the department/s concerned as & when required.
Assists the Learning & Development Manager to monitor grooming and hygiene levels of the employees through various initiatives specific to the hotels.
• Assists the learning and development manager in liasioning with various hotel management institutes, graduate colleges & business schools for campus recruitment, Internship, Industrial exposure training, Vocational training, assistance during outdoor caterings, guest lectures etc.,
• Conducts preliminary interviews for Industrial exposure trainees.
• Conducts pre-joining formalities.
• Assists Learning & Development Manager to draw training schedule & share the same with departments concerned on a monthly basis.
• Coordinates with departments for conducting periodic appraisals.
• Disburses of monthly stipend based on attendance records.
• Communicates with the Institute concerned for escalation / communication in case of termination of training due to discplinary issues.
• Assists in resolving grievances.
• Prepares and issuing training completion certificate.
Adheres to the roles & responsibilities as specified by the hotel concerned.
• Follows Safety/Hygiene and TPAM (Taj Positive Assurance Model) and takes corrective measures to ensure full compliance.
