Job Description
We are a Registered Training Organisation delivering training for over 29 Years, since 1997. We are seeking suitable qualified individual with an immediate start.
The Student Services Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional administrative and student support throughout the student lifecycle. The role serves as the first point of contact for students, trainers and visitors, ensuring enquiries are managed professionally, student records are maintained accurately, and administrative processes support a positive and compliant learning experience.
This is a full time role with based at Parramatta.
The successful candidate will:
·Have experience working within a Registered Training Organisation or similar
·Professional, presentable and reliable.
·Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
·Have experience in an administration support capacity
·Have a can do attitude and enjoy challenges
·Be organised and able to handle multiple tasks.
·Work well both as part of a team and autonomously
·Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
·Good Microsoft office skills
·Demonstrated commitment and capacity to deliver quality client/customer service
·Experience managing social media platforms.
Responsibilities
·Manage reception and internal admin operations.
·Provide support to both current and prospective students.
·Liaise with trainers and other stakeholders.
·Maintain student management systems and keep it upto date.
·Implement, monitor and maintain efficient and effective administrative systems to ensure the RTO's compliance with The Standards for Registered Training
Organisations 2025
·Perform other administrative and support duties as required.
·Manage social media platforms.

Parramatta NSW 2150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
