Job Description
Summary: We are seeking a Growth Manager with experience to join our team. You will be in charge of creating and implementing growth strategies that promote user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue as a growth manager. You will collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and design teams to create and launch marketing initiatives and experiments that boost user engagement and conversion rates. To monitor and improve our marketing activities, you will also employ data and analytics.
Responsibilities:
● Build and lead a team of growth consultants / growth strategists to provide strategic growth guidance and support to clients.
● Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand business objectives and identify growth opportunities.
● Strategize for growth by developing plans and identifying key initiatives, including but not limited to paid media, SEO, packaging and design, direct marketing, partnership ecosystem, and offline extensions.
