Job Description
We’re hiring a Founding Growth Partner
Avallon is a VC-backed start-up that helps small businesses launch modern websites, AI agents, booking tools, customer follow-up, and business automation on a single platform.
We’re looking for passionate, confident people who want real startup sales experience and the chance to grow with us early.
This is a commission-based contract role to start.
You’ll be reaching out to local businesses, starting conversations, booking demos, and helping bring new customers onto Avallon. You’ll get hands-on experience helping grow an early-stage, investor-backed startup from the ground up.
Commission structure:
Monthly customer: $20 CAD commission after the customer’s first payment clears, plus $20 CAD for each additional month they stay active, capped at 2 extra active months for a total of $60 CAD per monthly customer.
Annual customer commission: $100 CAD, payable after payment clears.
Bonus: Close 10 customers in a month and earn an extra $150 CAD.

Confident talking to business owners
Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups
Interested in startups, AI, websites, and local business growth
Excited to work closely with the founders of an early-stage startup
Self-motivated and performance-driven
Looking to build real sales experience
No corporate experience required. We care more about dedication, communication, consistency, and the ability to execute.
Top performers will be first in line for paid roles and leadership opportunities as Avallon grows
Pay: $500.00-$2,000.00 per month
