Growth Marketer (Web Analyst)
Job Description
You Will
• Provide recommendations for digital marketing campaigns, including sitewide promotions, customer segmentation, and A/B testing strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics such as page views, user journeys, and conversions to deliver actionable insights.
• Conduct data analysis to improve click-through rates (CTR), cart completions, and checkout conversion rates.
• Create detailed performance reports, identify trends, and present conclusions based on website analytics.
• Perform Quality Assurance to ensure accuracy of part finder searches and product detail pages, optimizing the overall customer journey.
• Support Marketing and Sales teams with digital content requests and performance insights.
• Assist in website enhancement initiatives driven by customer feedback and internal business needs.
• Apply automotive and eCommerce industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance Average Order Value (AOV), Conversion Rate (CR), and Revenue Per Visitor (RPV).
• Take on additional responsibilities as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• We are looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a strong customer-focused mindset:
• Experience with modern enterprise eCommerce and search platforms (Adobe Commerce and Unbxd preferred).
• Proficiency with website analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks while delivering timely performance reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into meaningful marketing decisions.
• A customer-centric approach with a passion for improving digital user experiences.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
