Job Title: Growth Marketer [ D2C - Shopify ]
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA

We bring together Paid Media, high-converting visuals and creatives, growth marketing, and e-commerce tech — all delivered in-house, from UGC video production and social media marketing to CRO and performance marketing.
Based in Jaipur with 8+ years of experience, and backed by our sister concern The Cogent, we focus on building scalable systems that drive sustainable growth, not just short-term results.
Key Responsibilities
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
• Audit Shopify stores to identify opportunities for higher conversions.
• Optimize product pages, checkout flows, and landing pages.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyse results using tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, and Clarity.
• Work with designers and developers to implement conversion improvements.
Retention Marketing:
• Plan and execute email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns to increase repeat purchases.
• Manage customer segmentation and personalize campaigns using Retention tools.
• Track and optimize campaign performance to improve CLTV (Customer Lifetime Value).
E-commerce Operations:
• Update products, banners, and offers on Shopify stores.
• Monitor daily store performance and report insights.
• Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.
Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or store management (Shopify preferred).
• Knowledge of CRO tools (Google Optimize, Clarity, GA4).
• Experience with email/WhatsApp marketing platforms.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
