Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Growth & Lead Generation Manager for a remote position. The role involves identifying and implementing growth strategies to increase leads, managing sales pipelines, analyzing business growth metrics, and ensuring new client acquisition. Responsibilities include overseeing lead generation campaigns, designing growth strategies through innovative approaches, collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed targets, and tracking project performance to optimize outcomes and drive company success.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Analytical Skills for tracking, interpreting, and acting on data to drive lead generation and growth opportunities. Strong Communication skills, with the ability to present data and ideas effectively to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Expertise in Growth Hacking and Sales to innovate marketing approaches, capture potential leads, and meet business development goals. Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor growth-focused initiatives, ensuring timely and effective results. Proven record of success in a similar role is highly valued, and a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency with lead management tools, CRM software, and other digital marketing platforms is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a keen focus on results and attention to detail. Company Description
